SummersRadio™ New Music! Fever Ray 'The Wolf' Sweden's Karin Dreijer Andersson - the vocalist from The Knife - has a brand new song under her solo guise as Fever Ray! She released her solo self titled debut album as Fever Ray in 2009. 'The Wolf' is an exclusive new song from the soundtrack to the new dark fantasy film 'Red Riding Hood'.
'Red Riding Hood' is apparently 'very loosely based' on the classic story - which is directed by Catherine Hardwicke and produced by Leonardo DiCaprio - and it opens in theatres this Friday! Beware of 'The Wolf'... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ New Remix Compilation! Ladytron!
SummersRadio™ New Remix Compilation! Ladytron - 'Seventeen' (Soulwax Mix) I first mentioned Ladytron's upcoming best of compilation called 'Best Of 00-10' back in October when I posted their new single 'Ace Of Hz'. The Best Of compilation comes out on March 28th - but the band has also decided to release a 'Best Of Remixes' compilation - which is out tomorrow!
The 'Best Of Remixes' will be available only digitally and will contain 17 tracks. All of them have been previously released - so if you're a big time Ladytron fan like myself you may already have a lot of them, but if not this is an excellent collection of remixes. This is the Soulwax Mix of 'Seventeen' which was first released on the cd single in 2002 - where Ladytron rock out with full on guitars... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ New Music! Arctic Monkeys - 'Brick By Brick' Sheffield's Arctic Monkeys have just released a brand new song online this weekend called 'Brick By Brick'! Although it's not going to be the first single, it's the first new song to surface from their forthcoming as yet untitled new studio album (their fourth) due out this summer.
Singer Alex Turner sounds a bit like Iggy Pop on this one - which is funny because Iggy Pop released an album in 1990 called 'Brick By Brick' which turned out to be his first recording to ever go gold. This isn't a cover song though - but you can check out Iggy in a rare reflective mood on his own lyrically superior 'Brick By Brick' song here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0vHpOUOtyw

SummersRadio™ New Music! Tocadisco featuring Lennart A. Salomon - 'Alright' (Club Vocal Mix) Tocadisco (which means record player in Spanish!) is an artist/ dj/ producer from Cologne Germany. He's released two artist albums, remixed over 100 international singles and has released over 20 of his own singles! He's collaborated with Lennart A. Salomon (who also fronts a band called Sono) twice before - in 2007 on the single 'Better Begin' and on the track 'Give It Back' from Tocadisco's 2009 album 'Toca 128.0 FM'. SummersRadio™ Classic! Garbage - 'Queer' (Rabbit In The Moon "Disco 2000 Mix") 'Queer' was Garbage's second single (after 'Vow') from their self titled debut album (released in 1995) and their first single to reach the top 20 in the U.K.
Rabbit In The Moon are a duo (formerly a trio) from Florida who actually remixed several of Garbage's early singles, as well songs from other artists such as Depeche Mode, Goldie, Orbital and Vancouver's Sarah McLachlan.
This remix of 'Queer' was featured on the bonus disc of their 2007 best of compilation called 'Absolute Garbage'. The band began work on their latest studio album (their 5th) last year and have confirmed that they will support the release with a tour later this year... Enjoy!
