XXYYXX has just released the new official video for his song 'About You'! Marcel Everett aka XXYYXX is a 16 (yes, sixteen!) year old producer from Orlando Florida. XXYYXX describes his sound as 'Fro-fi'. 'About You' is the first track on his self titled second album which was released last month on the Relief in Abstract Records label. It's a magical mix of trip hop and experimental electronica, featuring hypnotic female backing vocals. SummersRadio™ Classic! Garbage - 'Queer' (Rabbit In The Moon "Disco 2000 Mix") 'Queer' was Garbage's second single (after 'Vow') from their self titled debut album (released in 1995) and their first single to reach the top 20 in the U.K.
Rabbit In The Moon are a duo (formerly a trio) from Florida who actually remixed several of Garbage's early singles, as well songs from other artists such as Depeche Mode, Goldie, Orbital and Vancouver's Sarah McLachlan.
This remix of 'Queer' was featured on the bonus disc of their 2007 best of compilation called 'Absolute Garbage'. The band began work on their latest studio album (their 5th) last year and have confirmed that they will support the release with a tour later this year... Enjoy!
