SummersRadio™ Classic! The Teenagers - 'Homecoming' The new Digitalism song '2 Hearts' posted below reminded me of the sound of The Teenagers debut album 'Reality Check'. Apparently The Teenagers are at work on new material but no date is set yet for the follow up to their 2008 debut. Some people pegged this song as misogynistic, but I think that the band were actually mocking the difference between the way young guys and girls sometimes approach sex and relationships. This is a cool fan made video for their debut single 'Homecoming' from 2007 - made for an NYU toy photography course... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ Classic! Garbage!
SummersRadio™ Classic! Garbage - 'Queer' (Rabbit In The Moon "Disco 2000 Mix") 'Queer' was Garbage's second single (after 'Vow') from their self titled debut album (released in 1995) and their first single to reach the top 20 in the U.K.
Rabbit In The Moon are a duo (formerly a trio) from Florida who actually remixed several of Garbage's early singles, as well songs from other artists such as Depeche Mode, Goldie, Orbital and Vancouver's Sarah McLachlan.
This remix of 'Queer' was featured on the bonus disc of their 2007 best of compilation called 'Absolute Garbage'. The band began work on their latest studio album (their 5th) last year and have confirmed that they will support the release with a tour later this year... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ Classic! Eric Prydz vs Floyd - 'Proper Education' (Extended Club Remix) I was lucky enough to see Roger Waters perform 'The Wall' in it's entirety live last night here in Vancouver and all I can say is WOW! I've been to countless concerts but it's rare to feel that that you're witnessing such a truly historical piece of music history - it was amazing! This remix by Swedish dj and producer Eric Prydz was officially released on Jan. 5 2007 and not surprisingly was a massive hit reaching #2 in the U.K. - Enjoy!

Human League - 'The Things That Dreams Are Made Of' (Ilya Santana Dub Mix) Shit Robots and LCD Soundsystem are but two of countless artists that have no doubt been influenced by the Human League!
