SummersRadio™ New Music/ Video! Damon Albarn - 'Lonely Press Play' (Official Video)
Damon Albarn has just released a new video online today for his latest single 'Lonely Press Play'! 'Lonely Press Play' follows last month's title track (http://summersradio.blogspot.ca/2014/01/summersradio-new-music-new-video-damon.html) as the second single and video released from his forthcoming solo debut album 'Everyday Robots'. The full length is released on April 28th and the single itself is released on iTunes today.
Best known as the frontman for both Blur and Gorillaz it seems that Albarn has mellowed right out for his solo debut - that's going by the first two singles only though - I'm quite looking forward to hearing the album in full. In true solo fashion he also made this video shot around the world with his own iPad... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ New Music! Pink Mountaintops - 'Ambulance City'
Pink Mountaintops are releasing a new album called 'Get Back' on April 29th! The band are now based in Los Angeles (formerly from Vancouver, B.C.) and 'Get Back' is their fourth studio album and it's released on the Jagjaguwar label.
'Ambulance City' is the first single and video from 'Get Back' - it looks like they had a few laughs making this one - which I reckon had a budget of around zero dollars... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ New Music! Jimi Goodwin - 'Oh! Whiskey' (Official Video)
Jimi Goodwin is releasing his solo debut album called 'Odludek' on March 24th! Goodwin has released four studio albums as the vocalist for Doves - 'Oh! Whiskey' is his solo debut single and video. 'Odludek' will be available as a download, cd, on regular vinyl and limited blue vinyl and it's released on the Heavenly Recordings label.

Not surprisingly 'Oh! Whiskey' resembles Doves music - particularly their contemplative side and their majestic production. 'Oh! Whiskey' is a drinking song - a cautionary look at it's consumption - and it features a beautiful video that mixes live action with animation... Enjoy!

Temples have just released a new remix of their single 'Mesmerise' online! Temples are a psychedelic/ indie rock band from Kettering, England that just released their debut album called 'Sun Structures' last week on the Heavenly Recordings label.
To celebrate the album's top ten (number seven) placing in the U.K. charts this week the band have decided to give away this remix by London's Richard Norris aka The Time And Space Machine of their single 'Mesmerise'.
Temples have been touted by Johnny Marr and Noel Gallagher and 'Mesmerise' will likely appeal to fans of Tame Impala. Hexes has just released a new remix of Chris Isaak's classic 'Wicked Game' online! Rick Carrico aka Hexes is a dj/ producer from Chicago who posted this new remix of Isaak's sultry single on Soundcloud this weekend. The song was first released in 1989 but it didn't reach the masses until it was included in David Lynch's 1990 film 'Wild At Heart'.
