SummersRadio™ New Music! The Rentals - '1000 Seasons'/ 'Thought Of Sound'
The Rentals are releasing a new album called 'Lost In Alphaville' on Tuesday! The Rentals were formed in 1995 by Matt Sharp - former bass player for Weezer. 'Lost In Alphaville' is the band's third full length studio album and the follow up to 1999's 'Seven More Minutes'.

I mentioned Dot Allison in yesterday's Reighnbeau post - who first came to fame as the vocalist for the Scottish trio One Dove, who released just one monumental full length album in 1993. 'Morning Dove White' was produced by Andrew Weatherall and Stephen Hague - I consider it to be a comedown classic.

SummersRadio™ Max Cooper - 'Potency'
I reckon that humans often forget that they are floating in space. This is a good song to listen to whilst pondering such things. 'Potency' is another standout track from Max Cooper's debut artist album 'Human' which was released in March on Fields Records. Cooper describes his creative process on this track on Soundcloud: "This was a fun track to make. I wanted to try and make something purely noisy and intense, but always delivering a feeling that 100 times more power was still fighting to get out, like the potency of human nature."
