SummersRadio™ Classic! The Teenagers!
SummersRadio™ Classic! The Teenagers - 'Homecoming' The new Digitalism song '2 Hearts' posted below reminded me of the sound of The Teenagers debut album 'Reality Check'. Apparently The Teenagers are at work on new material but no date is set yet for the follow up to their 2008 debut. Some people pegged this song as misogynistic, but I think that the band were actually mocking the difference between the way young guys and girls sometimes approach sex and relationships. This is a cool fan made video for their debut single 'Homecoming' from 2007 - made for an NYU toy photography course... Enjoy!

SummersRadio™ New Music! Digitalism - '2 Hearts' Digitalism's new song - and their first new material since their 'Blitz' EP last November - has just been released online today! (Historical factoid: 'Blitz' was featured in my first post - when the SummersRadio™ Facebook group expanded to official blog status last Oct. 24th!

'2 Hearts' is noted as the 'first single' from the Hamburg band's forthcoming second album (I don't know if they forgot about 'Blitz' - or if it's not going to be included on the album at this point) which is called 'I Love You, Dude' (!) and set to be released on June 17th. This song is much more rock/ pop than the electronic 'Blitz' - but then their debut album straddled both genres as well - this is '2 Hearts'... Enjoy!
