TOY are releasing a new EP for their latest single 'Make It Mine' next week! TOY are a five piece indie/ psychedelic rock band from London that released their self titled debut album in September on the Heavenly Recordings label (available on itunes).
The 'Make It Mine' EP will be released on Dec. 10th and it features the title track, the previously unreleased songs 'Live Electronics', 'What Goes On' (BBC 6 Session) and this remix of 'Drifting Deeper' by Richard Fearless from Death In Vegas.
First up is the 'Richard Fearless Remix' of the album track 'Digging Deeper' - Fearless takes the already joyously trippy instrumental tune and adds more bass and spaced out guitar and keyboard effects. The resulting remix reminds me that it's nearly time to work on my year end best lists... Enjoy!

Paris's Bot'Ox have just released a remix of their forthcoming new single 'Basement Love' online! The band are releasing the follow up to their 2010 debut album 'Babylon By Car' called 'Sans Dormir' as a series of six EP's. The first EP 'Basement Love' features four tracks - the original version of the title track - along with remixes from Pachanga Boys, Richard Fearless from Death In Vegas, and one from band member Cosmo Vitelli himself. It's released on his 'I'm A Cliche' label on December 10th - you can pre-order it now on itunes.
'Basement Love' features the vocals of Foremost Poets aka jOHNNYDANGEROUs and this remix by Pachanga Boys (aka Hippie Dance) transform the song into an epic twelve minute techno journey whilst maintaining the ominous keyboards and booming drums from the original. SummersRadio™ New Music! Death In Vegas featuring Katie Stelmanis - 'Your Loft My Acid' Death In Vegas have just announced today that they will be releasing their first new album in seven years! It's called 'Trans-Love Energies' and it will be out on September 26th on their own Drone label. 'Your Loft My Acid' is the first single which features guest vocals from Katie Stelmanis - the lead singer for the Toronto band Austra - who just released their debut album called 'Feel It Break' in May. Katie Stelmanis is the only guest vocalist on the album - all other vocals on the album will feature founding band member Richard Fearless.
The album title 'Trans-Love Energies' was inspired by an anti-establishment group called Trans-Love Energies Unlimited that worked in Detroit in the 1960's. This is Death In Vegas's new single 'Your Loft My Acid'... Enjoy!
