France's Olivier Giacomotto has teamed up with Spainish duo Amo + Navas aka David Amo and Julio Navas for a new EP called 'Together'! The EP features two tracks - the original mixes of 'Get Together' and 'Dance All Night' - and is released on the Definitive Recordings label. It's the b-side 'Dance All Night' that is most to my liking here with it's fine bassline kicking in at the one minute mark - cowbell follows. Soon the chilled robots being to speak, and at 3:20 in the penguins start taking flight... Enjoy!

John Acquaviva, Alex D'Elia & Nihil Young featuring Dan Diamond - 'Good Music' (Stefano Noferini Remix)/ John Acquaviva & Olivier Giacomotto - 'While My Wiki Gently Leaks' (Da Fresh Remix) London Ontario's Definitive Recordings label have released numerous top quality tracks lately - and five of them get the remix treatment on the label's new 'All Star Remixers 2011 Vol. 2' EP released this week!
'All Star Remixers 2011 Vol. 2' follows Vol. 1 of course - which featured four new remixes and was released in April. This time there's five solid new remixes - and I've chosen my two favorites thus far to share. First we have John Acquaviva, Alex D'Elia & Nihil Young featuring Dan Diamond's aptly titled collaboration called 'Good Music' - remixed by Italy's Stefano Noferini. Please note that the label posts edits of their songs to discourage illegal copying. Olivier Giacomotto & Damon Jee - 'Spaghetti' Olivier Giacomotto is dj/ producer from Bordeaux France - as is Damon Jee - and they've just released a brand new EP called 'Cheerleaders'! It's out on the Definitive Recordings label - which was started by Canadians John Acquaviva and Richie Hawtin in 1992 - and is based in London Ontario. It has four tracks - the original versions of the title track and another called 'Spaghetti', as well as a remix of each song. This is the original mix of 'Spaghetti'... Enjoy!
