SummersRadio™ New Music! Beth Ditto - 'Open Heart Surgery' Portland's Mary Beth Patterson - better known as Beth Ditto - vocalist for The Gossip - has just released her first solo EP! It has four tracks and is simply titled 'Beth Ditto EP' and is available exclusively through Beatport. The EP is produced by Simian Mobile Disco - the artists having previously collaborated on SMD's track 'Cruel Intentions' from their 2009 album 'Temporary Pleasure'. SummersRadio™ Brain Machine - 'Eternal Night' Simian Mobile Disco recently released their first North American mix cd - called 'Is Fixed'. The title comes from their quarterly residency at a New York club night called 'Fixed'. It's available on a 16 track mixed cd - and it's also available for download online in both a mixed, and an unmixed/ mixed combo version. On the mixed version this song is only 2:25 long, but if you go with the unmixed version it's an epic 12:07! It's also originally available on Brain Machine's self titled EP.
