SummersRadio™ Best Of 2010! The xx - Remixed!
SummersRadio™ Best Of 2010! The xx - 'Stars' (LAZRtag Remix) The xx are an indie rock band from London that met while studying at Elliot School - other notable musicians who've studied there include Burial, Hot Chip, and Four Tet! Their self titled debut album was released in August 2009 and it won the Mercury Music Prize this September. While the album itself came out last year, 2010 was the year of remixes for The xx, with a number of producers turning their low-fi whispery tunes into full on club classics. While most remixes are unofficial, I certainly wouldn't be surprised to see a proper remix album released sometime in the future, as there are a lot of great transformations out there... this is 'Stars' remixed by L.A.'s LAZRtag - which came out in June - Enjoy!
