Sufjan Stevens has released a new song online called 'Take Me'! Sufjan wants to be taken to your room - he wants to be your friend :)

                   

He describes the song as such on Tumbler: 'Sloppy lo-fi demo I found on an old hard drive. It don’t go nowhere so don’t expect nothing. Love don’t go nowhere so don’t expect nothing. Quadruple negative, yo. Stay Positive.'

Don't listen to his cheeky undersell I say - yes it's a demo, yet the sounds are so incredibly beautiful and mesmerizing - they'll soon wrap themselves around you like the best hug ever... Enjoy!

This is definitely one of his more electronic leaning albums - and it's said to have been inspired by the apocalyptic artwork of schizophrenic artist Royal Robertson! This is the beautiful opening track called 'Futile Devices' about the difficulties of using words to express yourself... humans! Enjoy!
