'Wishful' is one of two songs - along with 'The Light' - that are being released digitally and as a limited edition 7"single on September 10th. Montreal's Stars have just released a new remix of their single 'Backlines' online! 'Backlines' is the third single released from the band's sixth full length album called 'The North' which was released in September on ATO Records (available on itunes).
The band (who are currently touring Europe) also just announced their 2013 North American tour today! They'll return to Vancouver after opening for Metric last month to headline their own shows in April with two shows (the first is all ages) at the Commodore on the 6th.
