David Douglas is releasing a new EP called 'Higher' on January 27th! David Douglas is an artist/ producer from Utrecht, Netherlands and 'Higher' is the first single from his forthcoming new album due out later this year. The 'Higher' EP will feature four tracks - the original title track plus three remixes.
