SummersRadio™ New Music! The Postal Service - 'A Tattered Line Of String'

The Postal Service have just revealed a new/ previously unreleased song called 'A Tattered Line Of String' online today! Although the duo consisting of Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard and Dntel's Jimmy Tamborello recently announced that they were reuniting for a series of live dates including performing at Coachella, Ben Gibbard has insisted repeatedly that there are no plans whatsoever to record a second album.

So it's a good thing then to discover that the tracklisting for the remastered Deluxe 10th Anniversary Edition of their debut 'Give Up' will include two previously unreleased songs recorded during the original album sessions.

Both of the first two previously unreleased tracks feature backing vocals from Jenny Lewis. This is 'A Tattered Line Of String' - a fine electro pop song - and likely the closest we'll ever get to hearing a brand new Postal Service track (available now on itunes)... Enjoy!
